Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee all studio operations—from sales to instructors—and to drive membership growth in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

You will hire, train and manage Sales Associates, lead grass-roots marketing efforts, and ensure four revenue streams (memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training) are optimized. Strong English communication and data management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or fitness sales.
• Proven ability to generate personal sales and train others.
• Experience managing memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Can thrive in a fast-changing, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Membership sales.
• Manage staff schedule.
• Ensure inventory accuracy for studio retail products.
• Train and supervise Sales Associates.
• Hire/manage instructors at the studio.
• Use ClubReady for revenue and attendance reports.
• Review instructor performance and provide mentorship or disciplinary actions as needed.
• Make high-level customer service decisions.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain clean and organized Pilates studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
• Stock forms and studio literature and keep them visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
