Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee all studio functions from sales to instructors for Club Pilates locations. You will lead sales efforts, drive membership growth, and manage Sales Associates while directing the work of staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include lead generation, onboarding and supervising instructors, managing staff schedules, and ensuring inventory and studio policies are followed.

Formación

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Strong organization, data management, and deadline-driven work style.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Membership sales and achieving studio revenue goals.
• Manage staff schedule and supervise Sales Associates.
• Hire/manage instructors at the studio and oversight of training.
• Proficiency in ClubReady and generating revenue/attendance reports.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and enforce policies and procedures.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and promotions.
