Life Time Pilates Leaders guide and own the Pilates program, fostering a strong community among clients and Team Members while creating an inclusive environment. They focus on client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, mentoring instructors and driving growth and visibility of the program.

Leaders inspire, empower a team, and ensure high-quality sessions across private and group formats, maintaining studio standards and ongoing certifications to stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor.
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels.
• Certified in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Pilates repertoire; experienced in progression through program design.
• Leadership experience in Pilates or fitness industry.
• 3 years Pilates training experience.
• 2 years of sales experience.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition.
• Ensure experience standards for the Pilates portfolio.
• Own the Pilates business with an ownership mindset.
• Provide personalized customization in all sessions (1:1 and 3–6 participants).
• Integrate apparatus into session programming for comprehensive sessions.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through service and results.
• Use the Pilates method to create positive changes for clients.
• Complete all admin requirements for client fitness plans.
