Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Pilates Leader to guide and own the Pilates program, fostering a strong community and inclusive environment. You will mentor instructors, drive client acquisition, and elevate session quality across private and semi-private offerings.

Responsibilities include designing sessions, integrating apparatus, and maintaining high standards while staying current with industry trends. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits at Life Time.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates instructor with comprehensive training in reformer, mat, tower/cadillac, chair and barrels.
• Minimum 3 years of Pilates training; leadership experience in fitness.
• 2 years of sales experience and ability to drive client acquisition.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition.
• Maintain experience standards across the Pilates portfolio.
• Lead and mentor instructors, fostering professional growth.
• Design private and semi-private sessions tailored to client needs.
