Job summary

Core Health & Fitness seeks a Product Manager for Pilates to drive lifecycle management across reformers, studios, and accessories. You will work with Product Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Education, and Service to ensure market relevance and premium customer experience.

The role requires 3–5 years in product management and Pilates industry familiarity. You will define product requirements, pricing strategies, and education materials while collaborating with dealers

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or related roles preferred.
• Pilates equipment industry experience preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and lifecycle management for Pilates portfolio (reformers, towers, chairs, barrels, accessories, and studio configurations).
• Collaborate with Education and Marketing on brand position, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
• Provide sales training and field enablement to dealers, reps, and internal teams.
• Forecast demand with Supply Chain, set pricing and packaging, and maintain portfolio data.
• Travel 20–30% to support pilots, showrooms, and customer visits.
