Job summary

fibr is seeking a driven Studio Sales Manager to lead membership sales for a high-energy Pilates studio. You will drive tours, consultations, and follow-ups to convert visitors into members, while consistently meeting monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience in fitness, wellness, retail, or membership-based businesses.
Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls daily and following up with leads.
Ability to coach and motivate a team and build trust with members.

Responsibilities

Lead membership sales through studio tours, consultations, and follow-ups.
Convert first-time visitors into long-term members and meet monthly sales goals.
Recruit, interview, and onboard instructors and sales staff; train on sales strategies.
