Job summary

Core Health & Fitness is seeking a Product Manager - Pilates to lead the Pilates portfolio, including reformers, towers, and studio solutions. You will define product strategy, guide development, pricing, and go-to-market plans to drive growth and customer value.

Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Education, and Operations to launch new products, train teams, analyze market needs, and ensure premium customer experience across commercial fitness settings.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years in Product Management or related roles.
• Pilates equipment industry experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Willingness to travel 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and lifecycle management for Pilates portfolio.
• Define requirements, pricing, and go-to-market plans for Pilates products.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Education and Operations.
• Develop installation, showroom, and pilot locations for demonstrations and training.
• Provide sales training, technical guidance, and market feedback to improve offerings.
