Job summary

Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates Franchisee, seeks a dynamic Studio Manager to oversee Sales, Operations, and Member Services. The role reports to the District Manager and will guide the Member Support Specialists.

You will drive revenue across memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training while maintaining studio excellence and customer service. Passion for fitness and developing people is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail, restaurant, fitness, or hotel sales experience.
• 2+ years of Leadership experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training teammates in sales.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Leadership Team.
• Manage and drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person and via text/chat/email.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into free intro class.
• Drive Membership sales via outside sales and business development.
• Manage staff schedule.
• Ensure studio retail/products have accurate inventory counts.
• Lead, manage and hold teammates accountable—Member Support Specialists.
