Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor in Illinois to support members with personalized programs and group classes. You will design safe Pilates plans, guide private and group sessions, and promote Pilates offerings to enhance member engagement.

This role emphasizes client education, wellness trends, and maintaining a clean studio while staying current with certifications and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors and guides clients during training for safe equipment use.
• Conducts fitness consultations including goal setting and pre-participation screening.
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains the Pilates studio cleanliness and organization.
• Keeps current on certifications and industry trends.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues.
