Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking skilled Pilates Instructors to support members by delivering personalized private and semi-private sessions, using all apparatus to tailor programs that build client relationships and results.

You will document programming and maintain studio standards while promoting a positive experience aligned with our Pilates brand. Ideal candidates have a comprehensive Pilates certification, at least 1 year of training, CPR/AED, and a willingness to stay current with new trends;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; required for eligibility.
• Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor.
• Trained and certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels.
• Certified in Beginner to Intermediate Pilates repertoire.
• 1 year of Pilates training experience; sales experience preferred.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customization in Private (1:1) and Semi Private (3-6) sessions.
• Integrate Pilates apparatus into session programming for comprehensive sessions.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service and results.
• Utilize the Pilates method to create positive changes in clients’ lives.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan and document programming.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Remain current on certifications, credentials, continuing education, and trends.
• Create an empowering and motivating environment for all clients.
