Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to champion healthier lives by building strong member relationships and delivering education-focused coaching.

The role involves designing safe client programs, leading private and group Pilates sessions, and guiding members through personalized fitness plans. You will conduct assessments, promote Pilates offerings, and maintain studio cleanliness while staying current with industry certifications and trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs both private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use of the equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend Pilates training programs.
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes, Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to members.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
