Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor to design safe, effective client programs, lead private and group sessions, and support members in achieving their fitness goals with excellent service.

You will stay current with Pilates trends, maintain studio cleanliness, and promote training programs while providing education and motivation to members across the studio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels.
• CPR and AED Certified.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs.
• Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates sessions.
• Conducts fitness consultations and goal setting.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
• Provides fitness floor assistance and education to members.
