Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Minnesota seeks a dedicated Pilates Instructor to design and deliver safe, effective training for members, including private and group classes, and to build lasting relationships that promote healthier lifestyles.

You will conduct fitness consultations, promote programs, maintain studio cleanliness, stay current with trends, and pursue ongoing certifications in a full-time, commission-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• 6 months of experience adjusting body alignment on Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goals and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Instructs clients during sessions on equipment use.
• Conducts fitness consultations with goal setting.
• Promotes Pilates training programs, Group Fitness and PT.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client's plan.
• Maintains studio cleanliness and stays current on trends.
