You will educate members on Pilates training options, provide exceptional service, and help members achieve health goals. The role requires 1 year of personal training, Pilates certification, and reformer/tower/chair/barrels training, with ongoing education to advance credentials.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified Pilates Trainer with reformer/tower/chair/barrels training.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Strong customer service and ability to teach private and group sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to achieve goals and retention.
• Instruct private and group Pilates classes and monitor clients during sessions.
• Promote and sell Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Complete administrative requirements and document programming.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and stay current with industry trends.
