Life Time Inc. in Germantown, TN is seeking a certified Pilates Instructor to design safe client programs, lead private and group classes, and guide members toward their fitness goals with a welcoming, educational approach.

You will assess clients, conduct pre-participation screenings, promote Pilates training and related services, maintain studio cleanliness, stay current with certifications and trends, including CPR/AED, and deliver a high-quality member experience aligned with Life Time Brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Ability to assess clients and set goals.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Strong instructional and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs both private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use the equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend Pilates training programs.
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes, Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to members.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
