Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members by designing safe, effective Pilates programs and delivering private and group classes in a welcoming, health-focused environment.

You will assess goals, supervise equipment use, promote Pilates offerings, complete client plans, and keep the studio clean while staying current with certifications and trends. Candidates should have a High School diploma, Pilates certification, CPR/AED, and at least 1 year of personal training

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around studios.
• High School Diploma or GED; CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention
• Instructs both private and group Pilates classes
• Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use the equipment
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend Pilates training programs
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes, Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to members
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends
