Job summary

Life Time is seeking Pilates Instructors to support members by designing client programs and delivering private and group classes. You’ll guide safe, effective workouts, conduct initial consultations, and promote Pilates offerings within a busy studio environment.

The role requires Pilates design experience, ability to handle physical activity (lift up to 50 lbs), and current CPR/AED and trainer certifications. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Certification as Pilates Trainer and CPR/AED.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement.
• Instructs both private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors clients during sessions for safe, effective use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including goal setting to assess training needs.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Remains current on certifications and industry trends.
• Educates members on health and fitness issues.
