Qualifications

• Experience designing Pilates programs.
• Ability to instruct private and group Pilates classes.
• Experience adjusting body alignment and using Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors clients during sessions for safe, effective equipment use.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and Group Fitness to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Keeps current on certifications and industry trends.
• Educates members on health and fitness issues.
