Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members by building relationships and delivering safe, educational Pilates experiences. You will develop client programs, supervise sessions, and promote Pilates training and group classes while maintaining studio standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, ongoing certification, and staying current with industry trends to ensure member satisfaction and progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• CPR and AED Certified.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Monitor and instruct clients during Pilates sessions on safe equipment use.
• Conduct fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Instruct private and group Pilates classes.
• Promote and sell Pilates training, Group Fitness and Personal Training to members.
• Complete all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
