Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors clients during training and ensures safe equipment use.
• Conducts fitness consultations and pre-participation screening.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Keeps certifications current and aware of trends in the industry.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues.
