Job summary

Rowan’s Arbor Hills studio is seeking a friendly Studio Sales Associate to create a welcoming piercing and shopping experience, assist with ear piercings, and keep the studio clean and safe.

This role requires weekend availability, assisting customers, processing transactions, upselling non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits, and collaborating with the Studio Manager and nurses to ensure top service.

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome customers, helping create a celebratory environment.
• Check customers in or help them book appointments using POS and software systems.
• Help customers choose and style piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry; provide aftercare and product details.
• Promote and upsell Rowan’s products including non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and stock; follow health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory, transactions, returns, and exchanges; keep accurate customer records.
