Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Piercing Lead to helm our piercing studio, elevating the customer journey from greeting to aftercare education. You’ll ensure a hygienic space, educate clients about risks and aftercare, and drive studio profitability while mentoring staff.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years piercing experience, familiarity with threadless jewellery, and OSHA First Aid certifications. We offer a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities across locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with needle piercing.
• Experience working with threadless jewellery.
• Up to date with First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens OSHA Certifications.
• Experience working with an autoclave or statim.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the piercing studio operations and client flow.
• Maintain health and safety standards and studio cleanliness.
• Explain aftercare and risks to clients, tailor guidance to materials.
• Lead by example on customer service and selling Mejuri piercing services.
