Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Piercing Lead to run our in‑house piercing studio, elevate the customer journey, and drive profitability. You will manage the studio, enforce hygiene and safety protocols, and work with Store Services to keep inventory and bookings running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years piercing experience, OSHA/First Aid certifications, and knowledge of local regulations. A fast‑paced, customer‑obsessed environment awaits with opportunities across locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with needle piercing.
• Autoclave/sterilization proficiency and clean practice.
• OSHA First Aid/CPR and Blood-borne Pathogens training required.
• Knowledge of local piercing regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee piercing studio operations with Store Services team.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory and scheduling for the studio.
• Educate clients on aftercare and upsell services.
• Uphold Mejuri brand standards and client experience.
