Job summary

FIAT LUX GROUP LLC seeks a friendly, service-oriented Piercing Care Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional experience for every client across the full customer journey, from pre-appointment to post-care, emphasizing healthy, healed piercings.

The position supports our piercing team and luxury jewelry sales, operating in a fast-paced studio with on-site work in Los Gatos, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in retail jewelry/piercing environment a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to piercing customer communications in person, via text, and email.
• Support piercing-related sales at the counter.
• Provide support for traditional jewelry sales as needed.
• Execute day-to-day operational tasks within the piercing area.
• Seek ways to improve the piercing customers' experiences.
• Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for individual and team goals.
