Job summary

Mejuri is expanding its piercing studios across North America and beyond, seeking a skilled Piercing Artist to oversee the customer journey from greeting to aftercare. You will work with needle piercing, labret sizing, and a range of precious metals, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining health and safety standards, managing appointments with the Store Services team, and educating clients on aftercare.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of needle piercing experience.
• Experience with threadless jewellery.
• First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens OSHA certifications.
• Experience using an autoclave or StatIM.
• Knowledge of local piercing laws and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the piercing studio from greeting to aftercare education.
• Maintain health and safety standards and proper waste handling.
• Build and maintain a local client base and promote services.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to optimize scheduling and online bookings.
• Explain risks and aftercare and ensure client understanding.
