Job summary

Studs, Inc. is seeking individuals to join our approved apprentice training program in Atlanta.

Apprentices will complete a 6-week paid piercing training, including classroom learning, observation, and hands-on practice, with progression toward Part-Time Associate Piercer at our Ponce - Atlantastudio after graduation. Graduated apprentices earn $24/hour as Associate Piercers, plus tips, while during the 6-week training period they earn $19/hour, plus tips.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pierce a minimum 18 appointments a day.

Responsibilities

• Embodies our performance-oriented culture by meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Serves as a brand ambassador: educates clients on the Studs experience through our selling cycle.
• Delivers confident, clear, and professional communication with clients during their Studs experience.
• Leverages Studs resources and policies in decision making.
• Maintains detailed records of maintenance, sterilized inventory and tools.
• Upholds Studio compliance and is accountable to SOPs and company policy.
