Job summary

Studs, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our 6-week paid piercing training program at one of our studio locations, with the goal of becoming a Part-Time Associate Piercer at the Heights Mercantile studio.

During training, apprentices earn $19/hour plus tips; after graduation, Associate Piercers start at $24/hour plus tips, with a client-focused, safety-first environment and opportunities to advance within Studs' Earscaping experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant work experience (e.g., medical/clinic roles)
• At least two years as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist (venipunctures/finger sticks) preferred
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available for up to 29 hours per week
• Must pierce a minimum of 18 appointments per day
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and handle chemicals safely

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on Studs’ experience and selling cycle
• Deliver professional communication with clients throughout the Studs’ experience
• Maintain detailed records for maintenance, sterilized inventory, and tools
• Uphold safety and quality standards across operations
