Job summary

Studs is seeking Apprentices to join a paid 6-week piercing training program with classroom, observation, and hands-on training. Training occurs in one of our studio locations, after which graduates become eligible for part-time Associate Piercer roles at the Wynwood, Miami studio.

Graduated apprentices will earn $24/hour plus tips as Associate Piercers, while during the 6-week program apprentices earn $19/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Available to travel to studio locations for training.
• Able to pierce and inspect ear anatomy.
• Must pierce a minimum of 18 appointments per day.
• Able to lift 20 lbs and handle chemicals safely.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed performance expectations in a service-oriented role.
• Educate clients on Studs experience throughout the selling cycle.
• Deliver confident, clear, and professional communication with clients.
