Job summary

Studs is seeking Apprentice Piercers to join a paid 6-week training program starting in October at our Tampa studio. Graduates become eligible for Part Time or Full Time Associate Piercer roles at the Boca Raton studio.

Apprentices earn $19/hour during training, rising to $24/hour as Associate Piercers, plus tips. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and exclusive employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• At least two years as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist (venipunctures/finger sticks) preferred.
• Flexible schedule for Full Time (32+ hours, evenings/weekends/holidays).
• Must pierce a minimum of 18 appointments per day.

Responsibilities

• Revenue: educate clients on Studs' experience and brand during the selling cycle.
• Operations: follow piercing procedures and safety standards; maintain inventory and tools records.
• Talent: uphold studio compliance, integrity, and customer service excellence.
