Qualifications

• Working-level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
• BSN or related bachelor's degree preferred, or pursuit upon hire.
• Two years experience as a Staff RN preferred.
• State of Nevada RN license required.
• Current AHA BLS certification required; professional certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate delivery of patient care on the nursing unit.
• Serve as role model, resource, and coach for nursing staff.
• Promote evidence-based practice and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan care.
