Renown Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to direct and coordinate patient care on a nursing unit under the direction of the Manager or Director. The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

The incumbent will model professional practice, mentor staff, and adapt hours to cover all shifts while promoting evidence-based care in line with the ANA Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

• BSN or related bachelor's degree preferred, or pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree upon hire.
• Two years experience as a Staff RN preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada RN license.
• Current AHA BLS certification required; professional certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate delivery of patient care on the nursing unit.
• Lead and develop nursing staff to meet quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adjust hours to be a resource to all shifts.
