Qualifications

• BSN preferred or pursuit of a Bachelor's degree on hire.
• Two years experience as a Staff RN preferred.
• State of Nevada RN license required.
• Current AHA BLS certification required; professional certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the delivery of patient care on the nursing unit.
• Coordinate care with other professional disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
• Act as a role model, resource and coach for nursing staff.
• Engage staff to promote evidence-based practice and maintain standards of care.
• Adjust hours to support all shifts and sustain a high‑performing team.
