Qualifications

• BSN or related bachelor's degree preferred, or pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree upon hire.
• Two years experience as a Staff RN preferred.
• Current Nevada RN license required.
• AHA BLS certification required at time of hire; RNFA/POCA may be required within specified windows.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the delivery of patient care on the nursing unit.
• Act as a role model, resource, and coach to nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure nursing practice aligns with ANA ethics and standards.
