Job summary

Life Time in Irving, TX is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager. You will greet members, schedule court time, and educate them about programs, lessons, and equipment, delivering exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits.

You will help maintain facilities, promote Life Time offerings, and ensure accurate daily billing with cash reconciliations at shift end. Previous customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED is required or in progress.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, schedule court time and assist in a friendly, professional manner.
• Explain Pickleball programs, services and equipment to members and assess needs.
• Develop and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Keep pickleball facilities and equipment clean, organized and functional.
• Promote Life Time programs, products and services.
• Handle daily billing accurately and reconcile cash at end of shift.
