Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations, including scheduling court time, educating members on programs and equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits.

The role involves assisting with facility upkeep, billing tasks, and building personalized member relationships while promoting Life Time programs and services in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, schedule court time and assist members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and determine their needs.
• Initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Ensure pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promote all Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Complete and reconcile daily billing and cash register at end of shift.
