Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager by scheduling court time, educating members on programs and equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits.

The role involves greeting and assisting members, recommending programs, maintaining clean facilities, promoting services, and handling daily billing with accuracy. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Working toward a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, schedule court time and assist members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain all Pickleball programs, services and equipment to members and help determine needs.
• Develop and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Ensure pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Promote Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Complete daily billing accurately and reconcile the cash register at shift end.
