Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager by scheduling court time, educating members about programs, and delivering exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits.

You will assist in maintaining facilities, promoting Life Time offerings, and ensuring accurate daily billing. This role emphasizes member relationships and high-quality service in a busy club environment.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.
• Computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their needs
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
• Ensures pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift
