Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Irving, TX seeks a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations, scheduling court time and educating members on programs and equipment. You will deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits.

The role focuses on welcoming members, promoting Life Time programs, ensuring facilities and equipment are clean and maintained, and handling daily billing with accuracy at shift end.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and helps determine their needs.
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members.
• Ensures pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift.
