Life Time is seeking a Lead-Pickleball to provide overall management and leadership for club pickleball programming. The role drives on-court revenue through clinics, leagues, tournaments and events, and collaborates with corporate racquet sports leaders on strategic marketing.

The position emphasizes scheduling, billing and communications, with duties including teaching revenue-generating programs and promoting pickleball offerings to members.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of pickleball.
• Experience teaching pickleball.
• Pickleball teaching certification required within six months of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Comfortable working with all age groups and building relationships with members and team members.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops, sells and teaches safe, professional and exciting revenue generating on-court programs.
• Interacts with members through non-revenue producing activity and off-court program promotion.
• Provides administrative oversight of the club's pickleball programming, including scheduling and billing.
• May supervise club pickleball staff and assist in training and onboarding.
