Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Lead-Pickleball to oversee club pickleball programming, promoting offerings and teaching revenue-generating on-court programs.

You will coordinate open play, clinics, mixers, leagues, and events while ensuring excellent member engagement and smooth administrative processes. The role requires strong pickleball knowledge, teaching experience, and certification within 6 months, plus customer service excellence and event planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of pickleball.
• Experience teaching pickleball.
• Pickleball teaching certification required within six months of hire.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Comfortable with all age groups and member relations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• CPR and AED certification is required.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage club pickleball programming including open play, clinics, leagues, and events.
• Handle scheduling, billing and member communications for programs.
• May supervise pickleball staff and assist GM with onboarding.
