Job summary

Life Time seeks a Lead-Pickleball to oversee club pickleball programming—open play, clinics, mixers, leagues, tournaments and events. You’ll promote offerings through member engagement, manage scheduling and billing, and partner with corporate leaders on strategic marketing efforts.

You must know pickleball well, be able to teach, and hold CPR/AED certification. The role requires strong customer service, event planning skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of pickleball.
• Experience teaching pickleball.
• Certification required within six months of hire.
• Excellent customer service, friendly and positive.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Comfortable with all ages and building relationships.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, time management and organization skills.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops, sells and teaches revenue-generating on-court programs.
• Interacts with members through open play, clinics and promotions.
• Provides administrative oversight of scheduling, billing and communications.
• May supervise pickleball staff and support onboarding with GM.
