Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Lead-Pickleball to manage club pickleball programming, including open play, clinics, mixers, leagues, tournaments and events.

You will promote offerings to members and handle scheduling, billing and communications while partnering with Corporate Racquet Sports leaders on strategic changes. The role emphasizes teaching revenue-generating on-court programs and delivering excellent customer service to a diverse member base.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of pickleball.
• Experience teaching pickleball.
• Certification required within six months of hire.
• Excellent customer service, friendly and outgoing.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Able to work with all ages and build relationships.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• CPR and AED certified.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members through non-revenue activities and promote on/off-court programs.
• Oversee scheduling, billing and administrative tasks for pickleball programming.
• Supervise staff and support training and onboarding of new team members.
