Job summary

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of pickleball.
• Experience teaching pickleball.
• Certification within six months of hire.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience planning events.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops, sells and teaches revenue-generating on‑court programs.
• Interacts with members through off‑court program promotion and marketing materials.
• Provides administrative oversight of scheduling and billing for pickleball programming.
• May supervise club pickleball staff and support onboarding with the General Manager.
