Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in pickleball instruction.
• Must complete IPTPA or PPR within 6 months of hire.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students on techniques, tactics, and strategies.
• Develops safe, professional pickleball lessons and programs.
• Creates exceptional member experiences through programs, tournaments and events.
• Supports sales efforts with Membership Advisors and attends pickleball meetings.
