Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a pickleball instructor to teach private lessons and group programming, coordinate leagues and mixers, and deliver student-centered, rally-based teaching.

Grow your book and revenue to meet personal and department goals, provide outstanding member experiences, and work with Membership Advisors to integrate pickleball into Life Time programming. 1–2 years of experience and HS diploma required; IPTPA or PPR within 6 months; CPR/AED preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball with effective teaching styles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Able to work with all age groups and build positive relationships with members and team members.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Teach private pickleball lessons and group programming; coordinate leagues and mixers.
• Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive lessons and programs.
• Create exceptional member experiences through programs, tournaments, and events; ensure facilities and equipment are clean and in good condition.
• Collaborate with Membership Advisors and attend pickleball-related meetings to support sales and program integration.
