Life Time is seeking an enthusiastic pickleball instructor to teach private lessons and group programming at our facilities. You will coordinate leagues, mixers, and member events while driving revenue through a member-centric teaching approach.

The role emphasizes patient, student-centered learning and rally-based instruction to help members improve and return for more sessions. Training and certification within 6 months is expected as part of ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of pickleball with effective teaching styles.
• Great communication, time management and organization.
• Able to work with all ages and build member relationships.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and teaches pickleball across 30+ hours per week on court.
• Develops safe, professional lessons and programs with progression.
• Fosters member experiences through programs, events and tournaments.
• Supports sales efforts with Membership Advisors and attends meetings.
