Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an energetic pickleball instructor to teach private lessons and group programs on a busy court schedule. You will coordinate leagues, mixers, and events, driving member engagement and repeat business through high-quality instruction and customer service.

You will develop lesson pathways, focus on member experience, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote pickleball offerings while maintaining facilities and equipment in top condition.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
Thorough knowledge of the game of pickleball and possesses effective teaching styles and techniques.
Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
Comfortable working with all age groups and building positive relationships with members and team members.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Teach private pickleball lessons and group programming.
Coordinate pickleball leagues and mixers and encourage participation.
Create member experiences through programs, tournaments, and events and ensure facilities are clean and well-maintained.
Collaborate with Membership Advisors to integrate pickleball into the Life Time brand strategy.
