Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an on-site pickleball instructor to teach private and group lessons, and to coordinate leagues and mixers. You will focus on student-centered, rally-based teaching and grow your revenue to meet goals while delivering exceptional member service.

Applicants should have HS level education, 1–2 years experience, IP TP A or PPR certification within 6 months, and CPR/AED is preferred. Excellent communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of pickleball with effective teaching styles.
• Strong communication, time management and organizational abilities.
• Able to work with all ages and build positive member relationships.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Teach private and group pickleball lessons and coordinate leagues.
• Develop safe, professional lessons guiding student progression.
• Create member experiences through programs, events, and facilities upkeep.
• Support sales efforts with Membership Advisors and participation in meetings.
