Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a pickleball instructor to teach private and group lessons, coordinate leagues and mixers, and grow a client base. You will emphasize student-centered, rally-based teaching and deliver member-focused service.

The role supports sales and marketing efforts, helps run tournaments, and promotes Life Time programming across facilities. CPR/AED and IPTPA/PPR within 6 months are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of pickleball with effective teaching styles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Able to work with all age groups and build positive relationships.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Instructs students during pickleball lessons on techniques, tactics, and strategies; averages 30+ teaching hours per week.
• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive lessons to promote ongoing involvement and positive Net Promoter Score.
• Creates exceptional member experiences through programs, tournaments, and events; ensures facilities and equipment are clean and in good condition.
• Contributes to system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and Member Activities; participates in pickleball meetings.
