Job summary

Life Time in Flower Mound, TX is seeking an enthusiastic pickleball instructor to teach private and group lessons, grow their student base, and coordinate leagues and mixers. You will deliver student-centered, rally-based instruction and drive revenue growth through exceptional service and programming.

Responsibilities include on-court coaching ~30+ hours weekly, developing safe, engaging lesson paths, and participating in system-wide sales efforts to integrate pickleball with Life Time

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball with effective teaching styles.
• Strong communication, time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable with all age groups and building relationships with members.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Teach private pickleball lessons and group programming.
• On-court instruction ~30+ hours per week.
• Develop safe, professional lessons and pathways for students.
• Create member experiences through programs, tournaments and events.
• Collaborate with Membership Advisors and Events to promote pickleball within Life Time.
• Attend meetings related to pickleball.
